XLPower change the Protos 380 tail
A little change promises better tail performance

XLPower have changed the order of the bearings in the tail grips to achieve better tail performance. As XLPower promise the new bearing order will provide better stability of the tail grips even in stronger manoeuvres.

Ra Kabun from XLPower informed us yesterday about the change. The original assembly contained two different washers and the thrust bearing was between the two bearings. The 3.1 × 4.5 × 0.2 and the 4 × 5.8 × 0.4 washers are not parts the tail assembly anymore.

The new assembly instructions swap the trust bearing and one bearing, therefore the thrust bearing gets to the end of the shaft. Two 4 × 6 × 0.3 washers will get between the bearings and between the bearing and the thrust bearing. The tail blade grip will hold much better, therefore the tail will be more precise even in stronger manoeuvres.
