Goosky E2 Rescue Edition - with GPS
The next version of the Goosky E2 is on its way, the first helicopters already arrived to the first owners. Goosky also announced the suggested retail price. This is what we know about the model so far.

The next version of the Bell Super Huey Venom from Goosky is the upgraded edition of the already existing E2. It has a different colour scheme and a well modified electronic equipment which has got GPS positioning, Lidar altitude sensor and an optical positioning system as well. The hole on the fuselage was already seen in the previous edition, but it was empty so far, this place got filled up with the sensors now. But don't run to upgrade your existing model, as the E2 first edition cannot be directly converted.
As Frank Lee told us, the new version has a new transmitter as well, the Goosky A8 transmitter has the support for the GPS mode, so the previous Goosky transmitters, the T8 remotes are not compatible. With the transmitter there are three flying options available: GPS, Optical mode and standard 3D. But the model is still available in BNF edition.
The suggested retail price of the "Bind and fly" version is 379.90 USD (taxes excluded), whilst the "Ready to fly" version which has the transmitter in the box is 429.90 USD. Local retail prices vary depending on taxes and import duties.
We tested and demonstrated the already known version of the E2 multiple times, and we are still very satisfied with the original version. If you want to know all details about our experiences about the model, this video contains everything you need to know.
The new model is not so much different from the version in the video from many point of view, the big difference is the stabilisation system - and the colour scheme. The new stabilisation system aims a more broad beginner or absolute newcomer segment with no experience, because the helicopter behaves much more a drone with the stabilisation on, consequently flying does not require any deep knowledge or simulator practice, although we still strongly recommend to have an experienced RC heli (or at least drone pilot) at the first steps.
Also important to highlight that, this model is NOT A TOY. And due to its weight it falls into the drone category in many countries, be aware of regulations in your region.
