Global 3D starts tomorrow

The famous Global 3D, one of the world's most important contest will begin tomorrow morning. As usual, tension is high, expectations are even higher. This is what to know so far.

This year the Global 3D will be held where it was last year. The venue is prepared, tents are up, everything is ready to go. A bit disappointing, but the recent heatwaves didn't help to have a green field - this field is much greener normally.

Friday is the day of the set manoeuvres. Expert pilots will fly from 10:30, master class pilots will compete from 13:00.

The pilots in Expert Class will fly in this order: Lilian Many, Joel Franz, Carl-Henning Siebert, Ethan Williams, Gabriele Rovere, Sebastian Pöllmann, June Lin, Jens van der Ploeg, Mirko Menna, Florian Neuner, David Gerster, Paul Gondras, Marlon Braun, Marius Blöchinger, Nicholas Delmond, Marce Schimanski, Jan Niklas Pump, Samuel Jenssen, Thanathep Hawiros, Matthew de Wilde, Gian Marco, Chinaglia, Andrei Tripolt.

Master Class pilots will be: Ryan Chiu, Callum Henson, Kenny Ko, Wessel Haast, Henrik Clausen, Kan Poonnoi, Vava Boonmala, Mariano Suarez, Fabian Kloß
