Global 3D 2020: dates announced
Not surprising
Global 3D just announced the dates for 2020 Monday evening. The dates are not surprising, the announcement itself is. Walter Robijns, the head of the competition in the Netherlands begins organising the event later typically.

The competition in Venlo is the first weekend of July typically, and 2020 is not an exception either: 3rd, 4th, 5th of July, the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the month will be the weekend of Global 3D 2020.

No further information or changes announced so far, Walter Robijns begins his work on the event around this time of the year, but the dates were announced only in November last year. As he told in an interview with Bert Kammerer and Kyle Stacy in the BK Podcast series, it's still a lot of work, even so the machine is self-driven partially.
The Global 3D 2020 will be the 5th competition under this name, but Venlo has got a long time history including the predecessor Heli Masters and 3D Masters events.
