Returning to the roots

Mikado Model Helicopters is working on the next version of Logo 800. And this model is quite interesting and also unique in this category. Mikado is a synonym of quality and this is not happening differently now. The new Logo 800 is in still prototype phase, so it is too early to tell, when it will be available in shops.

The helicopter was presented to the public at Rotor Live. Yes, that blue-yellow massive canopy at Mikado covered the new Logo 800. There are numerous differences between the previous model and this one, the biggest one is the main frame. Mikado returns to its roots and the company is going back from carbon-metal frames to the well-known plastic design - at least in case of this model. The previous Logo 800 utilizes the more conventional carbon-metal-plastic combination, this gets replaced now with the Mikado-style main frame. Upper part of the frame is same as the Logo 700, but the bottom half is slightly different, and a little bit bigger providing enough room to 14 cells battery configurations.

The tail - as Sakkarin Kongthon informed us - is the same as on the existing Logo 800, whilst the rotor grips will come from 700. The canopy is also new, and not just in painting and pattern, in shape as well to fit on the new main frame.

As it's mentioned above, the helicopter is still in prototype phase, further changes can be expected. We contact Mikado to get more information, as soon as we can, we will share more information about this massive helicopter.
