SAB Goblin Sport Drake Edition helicopters around the corner
570 Sport and 700 Sport about to release
SAB has announced them yesterday afternoon. The new Drake edition has got the painting and colour scheme of SABAVIO jet airplanes. The Goblin 570 Sport and 700 Sport will be available in Drake editions.
Few early birds are already flying at SAB factory pilots, like this one which was photographed in Canada whilst Kevin St-Cyr was flying it. We have received these pictures from Kevin - thanks to him for them. It's quite obvious how visible they are even in darker clouds or in snow. The intention of SAB was creating a colouring scheme which is visible in almost all circumstances.
Perhaps the new red-grey-black design is even more visible in darker ambient lights than the previously released Havok edition.
However this design is not available in Fireball class so far, only the 570 and the 700 Sport have got their Drake editions. Even more, these models are not too different from their traditional siblings regarding to the configurations, as they still have 2 blade rotor heads.
The first batch of delivery is expected in mid December, therefore it's possible, you will get your one just before the end of the year, if you order it now.
