Content licencing policy
From November 1, 2023 a new licencing policy is introduced on our platform. Rights of re-publication, re-use and re-purpose of our materials remain available, but conditions are changing.
RCHELICOPTERHUB.COM and RCHELICOPTER.HU together are there for RC helicopter hobby since 2010. We would like to keep these services running, and we would like to continue supporting businesses and individuals with our contents in the future as well. This is why we had to revise how our media contents are used by third parties. We are working hard on licencing models which will by published before or on 1st November 2023.
Until the date above rules don't change, you are allowed to use our media contents (images, videos) without any modifications in watermarked version and with crediting our channels.
These changes won't affect contents used from our platforms before 1st November, 2023, changes will apply on future use.
After the date you will be requested to obtain an appropriate licence to use our contents. There'll be more variations to provide the most appropriate conditions for you, this framework is being constructed right now. You will be able to use some formats via automated licencing, whilst others will require manual operations due to technical reasons. For example we will be able to provide you these contents in unedited/not watermarked, high res formats, but these contents are not stored on our public platforms, they are archived back to 2009. These requests will require manual processing (as they do now).
